Remuneration policy
BBA Aviation’s remuneration policy is intended to align executive compensation structure and opportunity closely with delivery of the group's long term strategy for sustainable value creation. The executive compensation structure reflects the duties and responsibilities of the executive directors and other senior executives and is intended to ensure that BBA Aviation can compete effectively for talent capable of delivering the group's challenging goals.
BBA Aviation's Remuneration Committee believes that total executive remuneration should be structured to create the potential for upper quartile rewards based on the delivery of superior performance; that total remuneration should include a suitable balance of fixed and variable remuneration and that a material element of remuneration should be deferred and linked to the long-term performance and delivery of the group's strategy for sustainable value creation.
