Company structure

The leaders of BBA Aviation’s operating businesses report directly to the Group Chief Executive and sit on BBA Aviation’s Executive Management Committee. BBA Aviation’s Executive Management Committee sets the strategic direction of the company and allocates resources.

The Committee is chaired by the Group Chief Executive and takes responsibility for:

• Establishing, for Board approval, BBA Aviation’s strategy;
• Considering BBA Aviation’s organisation structure;
• Monitoring the financial performance of BBA Aviation’s businesses;
• Reviewing BBA Aviation’s CSR performance;
• Developing and agreeing policies, including financial, HR, legal, regulatory and ethical policies
