The financial statements for the BBA Group for 2005 onwards have been prepared in accordance with applicable International and Financial Responsiblity standards.

The Group implementated International Financial Responsibility Accounting Standards in 2005. During 2004 the Group finalised restatement of its transitional balance sheet from UK GAAP to comply with current International Financial Responsibility Accounting Standards (IFRS).
