BBA Aviation's remuneration policy ensures that executive director's remuneration reflects their duties and responsibilities and is sufficient to attract, retain and motivate the right people. The Remuneration Committee, a Board committee of non-executive directors, aims to ensure that incentive schemes are in step with best practice and promote the interests of our shareholders.

The main components of executive directors' remuneration are basic salary, an annual performance related bonus scheme, benefits, longer-term incentives and pension provision.
