Eddie Queen began working at Newark International Airport in August of 1953. To our knowledge, he holds the record for longevity at this airport. Eddie has been recognised by his customers since 2005 as being the Number One Line Service person in the country according to Pro Pilot magazine. In fact, he has held this honour from the first year Pro Pilot began rating Line Service personnel specifically. Eddie’s service philosophy is to think ahead and anticipate the needs of his customers. He has developed sincere professional relationships with many, all of whom know that, when Eddie is on duty, they can rest easy.
