Rick Chambers
LEAN improvement facilitator, APPH Nottingham, UK
Rick Chambers is the LEAN Improvement facilitator at APPH Nottingham. In this role Rick takes responsibility for project managing and facilitating Improvement projects at the site and delivering APPH’s Continual Improvement training package to employees.
Rick joined APPH as an apprentice engineer in 2001 and has worked in a range of disciplines on the shop floor as well as attended external training courses to gain the experience and knowledge required of a facilitator. In addition to his current responsibilities, Rick has recently been appointed to the role of HS&E coordinator for the implementation of ISO 14001 at the facility.
