Completion of the demerger of Fiberweb plc and change of name to BBA Aviation plc

The Company is pleased to announce the completion of the demerger of Fiberweb plc and the consolidation of the Company's ordinary share capital. Accordingly, the Company's issued consolidated ordinary shares and Fiberweb plc's issued shares were admitted earlier today to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities.

The Company is also pleased to announce the change of its name from BBA Group plc to BBA Aviation plc earlier today.

The Company's consolidated shares are trading under the ticker "BBA" and Fiberweb plc's shares are trading under the ticker "FWEB".
