BBA Group plc announces proposed separation of Fiberweb
BBA Group plc (“BBA”) today announces that it intends to separate its Fiberweb business from BBA. BBA believes that, as independent entities, Aviation Services and Fiberweb will be better placed to pursue their individual strategies and operational development and to maximise value for shareholders.
BBA is currently reviewing possible separation options, including demerger or sale of Fiberweb.
A further announcement will be made in due course.
